How to Prepare for a stock drop
When getting your items ready to drop off please make sure you have completed an inventory list BEFORE bringing/posting your items to the shop.
Use this link here to complete the inventory list. There is a Help/example page plus notes on how to label your products
*Depending on how many items your list contains, it can take up to a week to get your items listed onto our system. - Sending your inventory list to me quickly allows us to get your products displayed and for sale immediately.
Label your products with your price.
Your price must be secured to the product.
If you are offering a multi-buy discount this must be communicated on your product packaging. (I'm perimenopausal and cannot remember my own discounts let alone anyone elses!)
Your product must be clearly by you.
If your packaging has minimal branding, and you are stuck for room, you can add a simple 3 letter code next to your price label. Using The Print Company as our example, would be TPC. (Please check with me first as there may be another user with the same 3 letters)
The product varient must be completely obvious.
You might know the difference between the teal, the blue and the green pair of socks, but when taken in isolation, would someone else? My partner is colourblind so he absolutely wouldn't know.
Do you have 4 types of birthday cards, 10 varieties of stickers, 6 sizes of ceramic jug etc., it needs to be crystal clear which product you are referring to both on your inventory and the actual product which must match.
If using variants make sure they are obvious. Label with the same description you use in the "varient" column. (Or you can use a SKU to identify)
Pricing.
I don't know the ins-and-out of your production process and costs. I don't know your profit margins. I expect you to know your prices inside and out. I will have no input on your prices. That's your business, not mine.
If you offer low ticket items then consider a special multi-buy deal to increase the average spend per person.
Discrepancies
If you have wrongly labelled a product or filled in the spreadsheet incorrectly, I cannot guarantee that I am able to fix this for you.
